Blues add three more to the roster

Bringing Unity to the Union
The Union S.C. front office had a really busy day today with the signing of three more players. The addition of Brad Evans was planned from the start. When the original mock draft was prepared by the teams owner, It was Evans that was desired at this stage. "We took a chance that he'd be around and he was. It all worked out n the end"

The same cannot be said regarding Eduardo Lillingston. While he has history with the Blues having been obtained from Gateway United in a trade sending Fredy Ljundberg away in 2009, Lillingston had minimal impact on the remainder of that season. However, given the options available in the draft selection he might prove to be a key component this year. Union S.C. fans were promised a complete overhaul, but re-signing Lillingston was the right decision.

In the 9th round, the Blues picked up Sebastian LeToux. The former USL, former Sounder, now with the Philadelphia "copycat" Union. (there's only one Union and its in Southern California) played well for Seattle. Hopefully he has the same success with his new team.
