Blues Replace Kljestan

An Unexpected Transfer

Union S.C. will look to maintain the clubs current playoff position when the second half of the season begins in a few weeks. However, the club will have to do it without the services of Sacha Kljestan who has left the Blues for the Belgium First Division Club Anderlecht. His last official day was June 10th. While Kljestan was not a major force for Union S.C. this season he did contribute and will be hard to replace.

After spanning all available sources, Union S.C. has decided to sign former Monarch, Nate Jaqua to the roster. Jaqua just finished playing a 35 minute training match on Friday and appears to be getting in shape. The last time he was on the pitch was in 2009. He will be in a reserve role for the time being forcing one of the clubs current substitute players to start on game 11.
